Wren Academy Enfield
A highly oversubscribed secondary school which opened in September 2020 with a pioneer cohort of Year 7 students. The academy later relocated into a stunning new building designed by Jestco+Whiles next to the Chase Farm Hospital on the edge of London’s green belt.
After achieving an excellent first set of GCSE results the staff team are now focused on growing a successful Sixth Form which will match the outcomes of the Sixth Forms at the other Trust schools. Wren Academy Enfield has developed a challenging academic curriculum which ensures excellent progress for all within a caring pastoral framework which is inspired by the bible verse ‘Do justice, love kindness, walk humbly with your God (Micah 6v8). Features such as vertical tutoring, single sex teaching in English, Mathematics and Science, an extensive enrichment programme and a Design and the Built Environment specialism are designed to help develop each individual student into confident adults who reach their full potential, ready to contribute successfully to a changing world.
